Technical Assitant to the Chairman of the Board (f/m/d)

In this responsible position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Chairman of the Management Board and the Executive Office, supporting the further development of Anton Paar Group AG across the entire group. You will be involved in a wide range of topics and projects – providing support in day-to-day business as well as in strategic priorities in economic, technical, and organizational areas. Discretion and loyalty are essential for this position, as you will have insight into confidential and far-reaching decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Executive Office in day-to-day business (scheduling, handling short-term requests, professional telephone support, holiday cover, etc.)

  • Handling operational business priorities across different company areas

  • Acting as an interface with internal departments and the six subsidiaries

  • Preparing presentations

  • Compiling key figures, reports, and evaluations as a basis for decision-making

  • Coordinating internal events, meetings, and external visits

  • Taking over and managing projects in technical, economic, or organizational areas (e.g. founding a subsidiary)

  • Supporting the CEO in external supervisory board activities

Requirements

  • Solid technical and business education required (TU/FH)

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a technical and international environment

  • Excellent German and English skills

  • Willingness to travel internationally and flexibility for short-term assignments abroad

  • Assertiveness and negotiation skills

  • Ability to think analytically and entrepreneurially, combined with an independent and committed way of working

  • Discretion and a trustworthy approach to sensitive data

This position is based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications; for the advertised role, it usually ranges between € 4,000 and € 4,500 gross per month (excluding overtime).
