HR-Allrounder (f/m/d)

In this responsible position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Executive Office and contribute to the further development of Anton Paar Group AG across the group. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated HR generalist (f/m/d) covering all areas of human resources – from recruitment to HR administration through to time recording and payroll preparation. Responsibilites

  • Recruiting & onboarding: Creating and posting job advertisements, Applicant management and conducting interviews, Organizing and supporting the onboarding process
  • HR administration: Maintaining personnel files (digital/physical), Preparing contracts, certificates, and references, Managing vacation and sick leave records
  • Time recording & payroll: Monitoring and maintaining time recording data, Preparing and reviewing monthly payroll in cooperation with the external provider, Acting as contact person for payroll tax and social security matters
  • General HR processes: Supporting employees with HR-related inquiries, Contributing to the design and optimization of internal HR processes, Assisting with projects and internal training

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or studies with a focus on HR

  • Several years of experience in human resources, ideally in a comparable HR generalist role

  • Confident handling of MS Office and common HR software

  • Very good German and English skills, written and spoken

  • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working

  • Discretion, responsibility, and team spirit

This position is based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications; for the advertised role, it usually ranges between € 4,000 and € 4,200 gross per month (excluding overtime).
