The decision was made deliberately not to list Anton Paar Group AG on the stock exchange. In 2003, the company shares were transferred to the non-profit Santner Private Foundation. The foundation uses distributed profits exclusively and directly for charitable purposes. It particularly supports scientific and technological research in the fields of natural sciences and engineering, as well as projects for addiction prevention and rehabilitation.
