Kalam Project
Infrastructure for education
Schools in India in need of renovation and repair are given new life. With the support of the Anton Paar Group, nine under-resourced schools have already been renovated to provide children with an appropriate place for learning together.
Project goal and participation
Nine schools
So far, five schools in India have been renovated as part of the project, helping more than 5,000 children.
Long-term project since 2015
The project has existed since 2015 and is supported by the companies of the entire Anton Paar Group. The Kalam Project will continue in the coming years.
Contribution to educational infrastructure in rural regions
The Kalam Project makes an important contribution to improving the educational infrastructure in rural areas of India, where poverty is particularly widespread. Around one quarter of the more than 1.4 billion inhabitants are under 15 years old.

For the project, schools in the hometowns of our employees were selected.

The VinziBus provides food to people in need.

Alpha Nova
Under the supervision of Alpha Nova, people with disabilities work at Anton Paar.

Caritas Learning Café
At the Learning Café, young people receive support with homework and exam preparation.
