Anton Paar GmbH is a market leader in measurement technology for beverage production. This is possible because the company listens carefully to its customers. The show brewery not only makes it possible to present measuring instruments, but also to use them on site and identify potential issues. The Sudhaus therefore works closely in product development with Anton Paar GmbH and Anton Paar ConsumerTec GmbH.

The Sudhaus places great emphasis on high-quality, regional ingredients from selected producers – this applies to both classic dishes and modern vegetarian and vegan creations. This standard includes careful use of raw materials, sustainability, and culinary authenticity.

The Sudhaus is an award-winning restaurant and holds 2 Gault-Millau toques. It has also received a Falstaff “fork” for culinary quality at the highest level.

Since 2018

The Sudhaus was founded in 2018 as a subsidiary of Anton Paar Group AG and combines brewing with corporate values such as precision and innovation.

House-brewed beer

In our in-house brewery, you can take part in a full-day brewing course and immerse yourself in beer production by brewing your own beer.

Events: SUD HOUSE, Mother’s Day brunch and more

The restaurant regularly hosts evening events: from warm summer nights with house music to barbecues and brunches.
The restaurant has 250 seats, complemented by a terrace on the ground floor and a rooftop terrace – ideal for events, live music, or relaxed summer evenings with views over Graz, the Kehlberg, and Buchkogel.

Show brewery with shop & brewing courses

At the Sudhaus, beer is not only served but also brewed on site – with passion and the latest measurement technology. Visitors can experience the brewing process up close in the show brewery, take part in brewing courses, and purchase in-house beer specialties in the shop.

2-toque à la carte restaurant

In the evening, the Sudhaus transforms into a publicly accessible à la carte restaurant with outstanding culinary quality. With 2 Gault-Millau toques, it stands for creative cuisine, high-quality ingredients, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Staff restaurant during the day

During the day, the Sudhaus serves as the staff restaurant for employees of the Anton Paar Group. It offers fresh and varied dishes with a focus on quality and regional products.
